Marty E. Stroud is the President and Managing Broker of Phoenix Investment Companies (PIC). He oversees all operations at PIC, but primarily serves as the director of Commercial Sales and Development. He is responsible for the successful operation of the business and its associated real estate investments.

Mr. Stroud is also one of the founding members of Asset Restoration, LLC. Asset Restoration is a unique group of equity partners, consisting of senior level environmental engineers, commercial real estate developers and brokers, and environmental attorneys, who specialize in the acquisition, development and disposition of environmentally-impaired properties. Mr. Stroud serves as Director of Acquisitions and Program Manager for the group. Asset Restoration is currently seeking to acquire environmentally-impacted properties globally. When he’s not working, Mr. Stroud enjoys flying airplanes, snow skiing and fly fishing. Prior to working with Asset Restoration, LLC, and founding PIC, Inc., he was a commercial pilot and flight instructor with a charter airline in South Florida. Since obtaining his private pilot’s license in 1993, Mr. Stroud has flown over 20 different piston-driven airplanes and corporate jets. He is actively involved with the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he graduated with undergraduate degrees in Physics and Math, and extensive graduate studies in City Planning and Economics.

Tina Stroud is co-founder of PIC, Inc. She serves as Director of Residential Sales and Director of the Interior Design Group. Through our sister company, Stroud Homes & Interiors, we are able to compliment our clients with a full spectrum of interior design services for commercial, residential and renovation projects of all sizes. Mrs. Stroud has worked on numerous large scale projects ranging from the renovation of expansive public spaces in multi-story condominium buildings, residential historic renovation projects and served as project manager for new home construction projects. Mrs. Stroud is one of the few interior designers in the Atlanta metro region, who has the unique qualifications to combine her interior design expertise with the historic renovations of both residential and commercial projects. Mrs. Stroud has an undergraduate interior design degree from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in Architectural History and Theory from the Georgia Institute of Technology. With over 10 years of experience as a professional interior designer, Mrs. Stroud can assist you with everything from space planning, scheme development, merchandise selection and layout, color analysis to project management including interfacing with all contractors, architects and engineers.
